There's technically two sets; one under Zargon's personal control, which he is operating in the background and preparing for plans of his own. The second is the mages forces, which includes Zargon assisting - also in the background. Chances are the mage will simply take credit for the attack; nobody knows Zargon is in charge of his operations at the moment.

There'll be a third coming in three or so weeks. Zargon will be scheming as the mage makes some new trouble.
