I have to agree with Nutt about the setting and the motivation for joining the crew. But also, I feel like the bio is a bit devoid of detail in some ways. For example, you could have written a lot more about the hunt and where she went and her experiences in a cyberpunk world. I'm not too sure a farm girl like Neisha would know of bigger or high society so seeing her experience that might have been cool.
