I would mention S.T.A.L.K.E.R., but that's not really post-apocalyptic, just sci-fi shit with a post-apocalyptic-esque environment contained in a bubble with a radius of 30 kilometers. I feel like the unfortunate thing about post-apocalyptic shit is that there's only so many avenues that can be taken. Asteroid fucks shit up, supervolcano fucks shit up, global warming fucks shit up, global freezing fucks shit up, humanity fucks shit up, zombies fuck shit up, aliens fuck shit up, etc. I'm sure there are some things I'm forgetting, but really, what more can you do with the whole apocalyptic thing aside from what's pretty much all of the "generic" ideas? Don't get me wrong, post-apocalypse is probably my single favorite genre, but I really do feel like there's only so much you can do with it.
