[@Raijinslayer] My stance on Sebastian is a solid no. First, I don't really like psychopaths, and he seems to be too perfect. Like, he has so many skills (Martial arts, shooting, violin, piano) at eighteen. Plus, I was never really a fan of blood manipulation (Even if you [i]can't[/i] control people). It's basically water manip with a squick factor. That said, there's no way I'm going to allow him to control blood in other people's bodies, regardless of the limits, which is a one hit kill.
