Well Sakura's line of dialogue will matter; if she has anything for Kakashi to answer as they head to her home and he lets her pack, I can probably just get us to Kakashi's home and then to the gate. From there we can decide if we want to skip ahead or have the train of dialogue begin there. I'm game for that. 

Well Rasengan is basically pure chakra. If Sakura wanted an original technique, a beam of concentrated chakra from her index finger is a start, and she can always develop it more later on since it will be her own move.  She can start with the water and then break it down from there, sound good?
