[i]Enhanced DNA:[/i] Julian has the best parts of Lex Luthor's DNA, his DNA sequence having been altered to get rid of the things that hurt Lex's physique. It was done in the hopes of creating a superior body for Luthor, should he need it. Julian is naturally in peak human condition, having no diseases or 'harmful' genetic traits. This has helped him in becoming a olympic level athlete and a super genius able to rival his 'father'. 

[i]Genius Intellect:[/i] A IQ well over 200 ranks Julian as one of the top ten smartest people on the planet. He has extensive knowledge of engineering, chemistry and biology. His intellect gives him a excellent problem solving ability.

[i]Prosthetic Arm: [/i]
Julian currently have about 20 different models for his prostetic arm, each serving a different purpose, but he primarily uses one arm. The 'Caesar' model. The arm offers high utility, being able to perform motorical features similar to that of a organic arm, while still giving him instant connection to the internet, allowing him to project holograms, limited super strength, generating a forcefield about the size of a handheld shield and even fire a focused laser from his palm, making it applicable for light combat situations. The 'shield' is capable of protecting against small arms fire.

[i]Heavy Combat Tool:[/i]
A heavier and much bigger arm is also frequently used by Julian. The arm is capable of matching most Meta's in strength and raw power, between it's pulse canon, machine gun, laser cutter and rocket powered 'dash' function it's a force to be reckoned with. It's always partnered with a power supply that generates both power to the arm and a force field around Julian, similar to that of Lex's own in his warsuit. The shield is powerful enough not to dent from a direct hit from a RPG Rocket.

[B]| [I]LIMITATIONS AND WEAKNESSES:[/I] |[/B]
[INDENT]Despite his mind and his tools, Julian is very much so human. A bullet that he doesn't block can potentially end his life. Is he caught without his gear he's a one armed teenager with a lot of brains and not nearly enough brawn. However the most glaring flaw he has when without his gear is the asymmetry he suffers from. 
Julian is like his 'father' quick to anger if you push his buttons. While in combat with his gear he is reliant on power, that he has a very finite amount of, leading to him having to end a fight as quickly as possible, or he will simply run out of gas. [/INDENT]
