Weaknesses: It is hard to run super fast when hungry. His metabolism is huge. He requires massive amounts of food to keep running. Oddly he never gains weight. Also sticky things and slippery things as well. 
Equipment:His goggles and a strange emerald colored liquid that does something but he never says what. ((If you must know Tail PM me. It's nothing God moddy I promise.)) The liquid helps control his powers. 

Personality: He is a bit of a joker. Always making jokes at the wrong times. However he does have a rather serious side to. Well at least he thinks he is a joker. See after the accident maybe his personality changed. He does not know.
History:Well that is the problem now isn't it. Cole woke up in the middle of a burned up laboratory. How he got there and why he was there are still beyond him.He has lost most of his memories. HE only knows his name is Cole because a picture in his pocket said so. It showed him and a woman smiling about something. Who is she? How did he know her? All is lost to him. All he knows is that he can run fast which he guessed was from the accident. Other than that he knows nothing. He hopes that someone use to know him before the accident.
