I'd still prefer that you guys run the NPCs by us first instead of just throwing them into the IC. Please send us a PM with a rough sketch and we'll let you know. 

This remains unspoken, but we'd appreciate you don't take your NPC's alch-specs off the GM/Co-GM reserve list nor the active players' list. This is allow players to maintain the integrity of their character concept.
