Oh goodness, I'd really have to say everything!
My preferences are for something that is more in-depth, but for themes and styles, I can bounce between classic High-Fantasy to Cyberpunk to anything in between. I've mostly only had the opportunity to play character driven games, so I'm interested in the nation games that are here. 
When playing character driven RPs, I write in the first person, since it feels more natural. On that sliding spectrum of cynicism and idealism, I'd say that I like cynical settings, yet more positive characters. Like everyone, I dislike godmodders with a fiery passion.
