You can see that there really aren't many changes from the past two, and that's honestly because there weren't any real changes that [i]needed[/i] to be made-- if you need clarification, you can ask me and I'll be glad to explain a thing-- but yes, that's it! Go wild, make characters.

I still need to update all the faction information, as well as adapt my character sheet, but this is definitely enough to get you all started. I will add on a little in the morning, for factions, as well as a new map.
