Those that aren't officers are free to mingle or move off the ship on shore leave. We are still docked with the city. 

If anybody wants to make up their own stories and shenanigans either on or off the ship, feel free to go nuts. Everybody is free to create conflict or stories as we go. There will be down time for both the ship and for ourselves and the crew. I'm totally happy with you guys spicing things up as you see fit. 

This also includes pvp. I personally am not interested in it, but if you guys want to slug it out with one another, feel free. Just no killing each other. Not unless you don't like your charrie and want to replace them.
