Like burth said, I am not inclined to accept any more dragon slayers at the moment. And you cannot apply for S class for Phoenix Wing, however if you wish your character to be in any of the other guilds and the creators of those guilds (zarkun, lugubrious, Soren...there's more I know) are happy to have an S class jump right in, then fine. Phoenix wing currently has three S class mages and soon there will be a forth, but it's something the characters have to earn otherwise every second person would be an S class. 

Same goes for dragon slayer or really any slayer magic. If I let everyone in who had slayer magic then the role play would be over run with slayers. 

However they are both good characters. And I work on a majority vote with my Co-GMs. But I will not accept the S class right now, so if you wish to change it to A class I would appreciate it. 

I do not like putting in this side of the GM hat.

The reason is much the same reason Caits gave, they will eventually overrun the RP. Also, the S Rank thing, in any guild, is earned, you can't just jump in with it and that's done just so that everyone has a fair chance at it. Phoenix Wing does a Test, Dragon Fang does as well, though the requirement is a lot simpler and only requires you best one of the current guild S-Class, and Frenzy Plant has you fight your way up from C to S. However, Lugu already said that Slayers aren't welcome in Frenzy Plant. I don't know about Pirate Lord though.

As for the characters themselves, they're well written and I'm fine with the requip guy, we don't have many of those, but I simply don't feel comfortable letting in another Slayer.

I totally understand your concerns, every Fairy Tail RP has the same problem. I have only been in one that was not overrun by slayers (and that was out of pure coincidence). Everybody wants to play a slayer, simply because they are cool and powerful. I am no exception. Personally, I wish you would accept him, as I love the character idea and history I came up with, I put a lot of time and effort info creating him, and I want to use him as a foil/mentor for my other Character. But, I will understand if you won't, and appreciate it if you did.

The S-class thing, I left it because you asked for how powerful he was on the CS. I don't intend to make that his automatic rank.
