Powers:  Metal Manipulation (Think Magneto, but not nearly as powerful. Where magneto could rip full buildings out of the ground, the limits of Seths powers would probably be ripping railroad spikes out of the tracks to use as spears, or using his powers to throw a car)

Skills:  Seth is a heavy set fellow, so even without his powers he can handle himself in a fight as he is sufficiently strong, although nowhere near superhuman levels. Has a high alcohol tolerance, for whatever its worth.
Equipment:  Seth’s main weapon is (yep, you guessed it) a steel chain which he keeps wrapped around his right arm and fist. Using his powers he can manipulate it to be used as a whip, straightened out into a metal staff, or even to wrap around someone’s arm, leg, or neck and lift them straight off the ground. His vehicle of choice is of course his Harley Davidson chopper, which, in conjunction with his powers can be used to travel across not only the ground, but through the air as well.

 Brief History: Seth was once a member of the Satans Slaves 1-percenter motorcycle gang, a criminal Biker organisation involved in drugs, prostitution, you name it. He had always been conflicted about his life, but felt trapped in this system. For reasons that Seth doesn’t like to discuss, he fell out of favour with the gang around the same time he started to realise his powers. He decided to make a positive change, and use his powers to help people, although other heroes don’t always see eye to eye with his methods as he has no problem with killing criminals who commit acts he deems bad enough, often in very violent and painful ways.
