Moments after the Shadows overwhelmed him and stole his heart, leaving behind an empty shell known as a Nobody. That Nobody was named Xavier.

Xaviers Dark affinity allows him to sense heartless and open doors to the Lanes Between.

Revia had learned a little bit of magic on the side while he was in Hollow Bastion. He can cast Fire, Blizzard and Aero

Having no heart allows Xavier to deal with situations that others couldn't such as death, fear, and anger.

[b][i]Nobody[/i][/b]
Xavier is a Nobody, which allows him to talk to and understand Dusks and other Nobodies.

Lets rewind this. 

Playing a Nobody is not something that occurred to me. Now with Roxas as the closest canon character of the same nature, I can't say that it would be impossible to use him however, I have a proposal for you.

Instead of starting as Xavier, show me Revia as your first character. Role play him for a little while so I can see just how human he is, then when the moment is right, the heartless will take his heart and the nobody will be born. In that time you'll give a character with no emotion a reason to form bonds with the other PC and vise versa. 

I don't want you starting out like this when there's a potential story that you can have done during the RP.

Aside from the proposal, the abilities of the character are no exactly abilities or skills. Dark affinity implied using darkness i get that but its used far too many ways to be one skill. You mention sensing heartless and opening the corridors of darkness. Both could be their own things :P

Basic magic does not include Aero. Aero isn't part of the Blizzard, Fire, and Thunder Trio. 

No Heart: being unable to handle emotion thereby fear, death, and anger won't come into play much at all. This is a nye-useless ability which should really be reflected in personality of the original Someone. I mean if Revia can spawn a Nobody then he must really be a willful person. I want to know more about the personality of Revia if you want this sort of personality trait.

Nobody: no. Not only will this skill go unused but I don't understand how its an ability or skill.
