So whats the rough plan? Are we capturing Rat and locking him in the ol jail? Could lead to a fun jailbrake type situation later? 

Or would he rather escape and return later?  I find its better to work from the same page so we can all head in the right direction. 

Also I'm liking the new character, hopefully he and Simion can find some kind of profitable agreement about something.
