He would stand at the metal fence and look into the schoolyard, gazing over the kids that were training. “The future of Konoha,” he murmured to himself before pushing himself away from the fencing. If anyone was nearby they probably expected him to say something nice, or comforting about these children. No such thing was the case. “.. pathetic.” He walked along the road further until he felt something buzz in his pocket. With a casual movement he went into his pocket with his hand and pulled out the hi-tec phone that he had gotten from his father. It was state of the art from a Minamoru tech research department somewhere in Financial, that Yamato didn't quite know the details of. Never the less, he was the only one that had this new phone, since it was essentially a prototype. It worked fine, just.. it wasn't actually that useful. The GPS on it was severely lacking and near useless in the field, the speakers were downgraded to make room for memory space, it was all a big mess. But atleast it looked good, and it worked quite well compared to older phones. Still, it wasn't a phone fit for a shinobi. Not that Yamato seemed to care. He gazed over the text and didn't even bother to answer. “Fucking Haruka.. lazy asshole.” he said as he took a running start into a jump onto nearby roofs, which caused several of the academy students to look up, and after him. That in turn caused the teacher to yell out, “Oi! Pay attention ya' brats!” He continued on his way towards the gates, which had been a favored meeting spot for generations now. And it seemed Haruka had been a fan of old time meeting places, too, since when Yamato arrived he could already tell Haruka was there along with another familiar face. Yamato took a final leap and landed right next to Giichi, placing a hand on his shoulder very suddenly with a tight grip. Giichi was facing Yamato with his back so Yamato had no doubts he'd scare the boy, not that he cared that much, but he figured that this mission was a good time to maintain relations with the Uzumaki clan in name of his father. Like his father said, the deeds of the father live on in the child, but the deeds of the child live on in the name of the father. In a way it was true - if your father was a hero, you would be respected. But if you are a brat, everyone will think your father was a bad father. Maybe that was why Yamato was highly regarded by other clan heads, even though he never met them. Reijo's influence must've garnered that attention, from the Uzumaki's and anyone else. But while the clanheads regarded Yamato highly, he also had many rivals due to his father. Yamato would then slowly rise from his crouching position that he had landed in to save his knees from strain, still holding onto Giichi. Once he was standing fully upright he'd raise his hand and then place it back down on Giichi's shoulder, giving him a shoulder pat of sorts. His eyes, however, were pointed at Haruka. “Haruka..” he said, staring Haruka in the eyes. It was a greeting of sorts, a very strange one at that, but a greeting. He would then look to his right, and slightly down, looking Giichi in the eyes. “Giichi. Good afternoon.” After that he would let go of the boys shoulder and then cross his arms in front of him, looking at Haruka again. It seemed like he was waiting on an explanation as to what this mission was, and why he was called here.
