WINNER: ‘A TALE OF TWO SOLDIERS’ BY [@Keyguyperson]!
“A Tale of Two Soldiers” also took home the ‘Mars’ bonus category.
Runner-Up: ‘The Meta-Universe’ by [@Blitz]!
Blitz led the field of several great pieces also receiving votes.
Bonus Categories
These bonus prizes were picked by the staff in a standard vote/discuss format. Here’s what we picked: MARS – “A Tale of Two Soldiers” by [@Keyguyperson]. War stories don’t get much better. PLUTO – “Star Crossed” by [@Elitestpotato] AND “The Dark Places” by [@Dark Wind]. We could not help ourselves – we love both these entries for (VERY) different reasons -- “Star Crossed” for its hilariously fanatical devotion to Pluto, and “The Dark Places” for its bone-chilling exploration of madness, death, and the unknown. NORTH STAR – “Beautiful as the Stars” by [@WiseDragonGirl] and “Wise Men” by [@mdk]. But mostly “Beautiful as the Stars,” for its lovely poetic imagery. THE CONSTELLATIONS – “Cosmic Mind” by [@Psyga315]. Psyga owned this category and wrote a really solid entry to boot.
A SPECIAL THANKS TO REVIEWERS!
[@Holmishire] and [@Blitz], and also [@Dark Wind] and [@RomanAria] still in progress – you guys are seriously awesome. Now go check out the Third Labor – already in progress
