We don't know that. I'd like to think that on distant planets, everything is different. Because I like the idea that God made them all different, with really neat differences for us to visit. Like how in our solar system, the gravity is different, so who knows what other changes are in store on other planets? And as long as good triumphs over bad or something of the sort, it's fine. I'll just talk to the big guy for specific rules and regulations.
