Oh I here wat ur saying.I don't think anyone has expressed any difficulty making a flaw so far. But I can see why u could feel that way depending on the power. Certain powers require a little more thought. But that's how powers work in the actual anime, I didn't just make it up. they are inherently imperfect. 

But if majority of the people are unsatisfied with the idea of an imperfect power, I might be willing to get rid of that aspect.
