Because I took the [i]Staggered[/i] status effect into account and forgot to note it on the report, and then later went back and added the note and took it into account again. :3

In theory, yes. But his aim would have to be precise to make sure he didn't accidentally suck the heat out of Vex too.

If only there was something like fire extinguishers anywhere nearby which could help. Perhaps in the stairwell or down with the emergency services workers perhaps?
