Well, a Paladin would be a Holy Warrior, having taken oaths to their faith. Paladins normally have healing abilities, however from what I've known about them, would be no where near that of a Priest/Cleric. And I've always thought of a Templar as someone with the same abilities as a Priest, but not as squishy and more of a fighter? Some people have different thoughts on it, and I may be wrong. I wasn't intending on my character being zealous within their faith. But if the gm's prefer my character to be labled as a Paladin then I can do that.

Edit- I am completely flexible with the terminology, depending on what is required. I'm just asking if that sort of character would be acceptable.
