I'm going to try and input the column results into a binary converter and see if I get groups of 8. EDIT: Nope, the very first column resulted in a binary number with 10 digits. EDIT: Turning the groups in both columns and rows into binary into decimal doesn't work out either. I got 747 on the first column group and 190 on the first row group.
