Melody, would be fairly balanced stats wise with the exemption of magic with is terrible, she oddly has decent resistance.

Konrad has amazing Magic and Resistance, with decent speed, luck and skill. But his strength and defense is terrible.

Their reclassing options are. For Melody: Mercenary, Fighter, Pegasus Knight
Konrad: Mage, Bard, Barbarian
