[@swich01] Although I did not have access to that list, I did know about the potential side-effects that could occur from casting abilities. I'll definitely use the list as inspiration though. Some of those side effects sounded rather fun xD That is actually why Adrianne wears so much protective armor (environmental suit + armor + refractor field). It's not just for potential enemies, but also to protect her against backlashes from her own casting! :P (she did accidentally teleport herself out into the vacuum of space on one occasion) Usually when writing for Adrianne, I envision what power she should cast (inspired by the listed abilities in Lexicanum), a side effect suitable themed for the ability(like a telekinetic spell could end up inadvertently messing with the local gravity), time on cast(the more time used to prepare/focus on the ability, the safer) and then taking into account the intensity of the cast (bigger the spell, bigger the danger). And of course, abilities cast outside of combat are less likely to cause a side effect. Granted, it's a subjective judgement based on what I think is most suitable for the situation, as I don't bring a set of dice when writing my posts xD
Very big ego? Where, I saw nothing in that regard!
That ego is mostly centered around her mastery over the warp more than anything else. She is usually very hard to make angry... unless you mention her powers :P As for people wanting to see crazy side-effects, don't worry, I got it planned, but I'll remind you all that Adrianne hasn't even gotten the chance to cast a single combat spell yet ^_^ Before you start the nuclear holocaust, you gotta invent how to split the atom!
