Jack quickly pulled the carton inside and checked the date. It was in date by a day. Hanging the carton outside of the bars again he pressed his face between the bars. Time to see who can just mimic voices. Using his power he created an illusion. A copy of himself, perfect in appearance stepped forward and through the bars. At first it's body contorted to fit between the metal but, once it was it, it stood in front of the girl. Holding a milk carton, another illusion. Jack made sure to position himself behind the illusion so that this girl couldn't see him. and spoke, using the girl's voice.

Jack smiled, as did the illusion, and the fake Jack threw the fake carton over to the girl. Whilst in mid air he transformed the carton into a sleeping cat and then, as it would have been caught. He made it disappear. Finally he caused the illusion of himself to melt away leaving only the real Jack, still behind bars, holding out the real carton for her to take.
