[@Urbanliner] I must say, Power Negation can be a bit OP. Can you give me some examples of things his ability could negate? Like, I get since he cant deactivate his power then he wouldn't be able to receive the benefits of a power like healing. 

But, what kind of offensive powers can he negate?
