Well your Estuary is determined by some greater power, you find out what you "should" be in by the color the water in the goblet changes, but if your characters heart feels he/she belongs somewhere else then they have the freedom to pick what Estuary they'd like to have. There are four Goblets and you choose the one that stands out the most to you, based on that choice this determines what color the water changes inside the cup.
