[@Raijinslayer] That's a pretty crazy power, quicksilver literally ran so fast he ran faster then time, he was invulnerable not effected by the force of objects. Like when he pushes the bullet aside. Maybe just increasing his reflexes allowing him to react faster than a human can blink or a camera can take a photo not slowing down or stopping time. Spiders do it, pretty awesome.

But I'm not a GM or a CO-GM so I suppose it's up to them.
