[@Nytefall] Basic teleportation of oneself is pretty powerful alone and obviously downplayed when it's ranked as C (Sefia) or B (Your character), but I don't think the focus here is to block off ridiculously easy to exploit powers. Plus you'd have to be severely stupid to lose with it unlimited aha. As long as it isn't borderline Godmod and constant dodging (which is just bad), it should be fine.
