[@Cyclone] I personally wouldn't know. Not sure if Rtron ever mentioned the full slave population of Garakai. Considering that the total human pop. was only 9000, and Garakai 4000 of that (I think) would be surprised if there were ever more than 2000/2500 slaves in total. You'll have to ask Rtron though.
