If you're talking about writing articles and such, don't be so hard on yourself. That shit sucks. Really what is generally considered "good" in non-fiction writing is following common practices. You just need to get all the common practices down for the types of articles you are trying to write and find a way to display personality in them (which there are even more common practices for). If you're talking about fictional writing, Then it is likely more a problem with your creativity, try and allow yourself to get more immersed in fictional environments. Work to become inspired more easily, utilize it, and hold it longer.
