I mean, I don't think it's a bad idea aside from a couple of things that have been pointed out, but... Maybe it's just me, but I think he'd work better as a tragic villain rather than as a superhero. But again, might just be how I see it. I don't see any problems with having a crocodile-man on a superteam, I've seen far weirder things after all, he just seems a bit too... Feral seems the best word, I guess.
Well, the main concept I used for his personality is 'What if a guard dog or an abused dog was made into a superhero?', and I'm trying to get that better across in the current revision. Something who's outwardly aggressive and snappy, that flinches at every loud noise or sudden movement but is still ultimately fairly selfless. I do get where you're coming from, and this isn't the weirdest concept I've used either. That would probably have to go to a mind-reading reality-bending Whitetip Reef Shark superhero named John.
Well, a feral character can always make for an interesting anti-hero, and would allow for some pretty spectacular character development, if that's the direction SIngemeister ends up wanting to take him.
