Yeah. That's why back in the response post I mentioned that it could have meant one or the other. I figured that anyone could hear that and come up with a conclusion and stick with it. Like with how FP thought it meant that she promoted him and how Hillan started the discussion for picking a leader.

Though I could have gone with him telling the team that they need a new leader, but this way was more fun.
