Officers and enlisted soldiers with peasants help formed into a massive army stealing equipment and supplies from the NRA and slowly began building during late 1930. Taking advantage of the of government watching the communist closely due to their counter insurgency,January,3rd,1934 1 million New Republic of China troops Seized land and more equipment with foreign aid from the united states and the British Empire and formed the borders of the new nation.One week later the first official vote took place electing Shi Yun-jing the first president for a four year term, and the Creation of their constitution. Over the next three years NRA attempted 3 counter offensives and were turned away by NROC forces with medium casualties holding their border. December,18th,1937 NROC announced it would fight along side the NRA and CPC armies to defend china and were involved in multiple battles along their borders against Axis forces over the years leading up to Dec,8th,1941 being surrounded on three sides by enemies or untrustworthy allies.[/s]
[color=#f02030][b][u]+Culture:[/u][/b][/color][s]The New Republic of china prides itself on a corruption free government compared to it's brother governments with death for any caught in the act of any standing, and bringing back Sun Yat-sen's three principles of the people and equal and fair treatment of all.The NROC tried to concentrated their industrial efforts to replicate the United state industry but on a smaller scale in their nation's territory and bought a large sum of U.S. military and industry equipment.[/s]  
[color=#f02030][b][u]+Military:[/u][/b][/color][s]New Republic of China Formed by soldiers took a different approach, rather than a massive million man poorly trained,poorly equipped,and non existent morale conscription based Army and and non existent Air force they formed a well trained,well equipped,well motivated professional army and a small Air Force.The Army was based of the structure of the U.S. Army and the Air Force after the Army Air Corps and small light tank force,with no navy they have fortresses along the coast line filled with coastal guns[/s] 

[color=007236][b]NROC Army:[/b][/color][s] The Army Maintains a well equipped single Active Army group of 700,000 men in total Equipped with Olive Drab uniforms and Brodie Helmets with purchased used US World War 1 equipment and field packs.They are Armed with a M1903 Springfield Bolt Action Rifles,M1917 Enfield,M1 Garand,Browning Automatic Rifle,Browning 1919,ZB Vz.30,Colt 1911,they have a multitude of Artillery and heavy machine guns with light mortars.They hand 200 purchased British Cruiser tanks.They use primarily mountain Infantry and light infantry tactics. Three Reservist Army Groups equipped with tan uniforms and armed with Hanyang Type 88 rifles and  are trained as basic infantry.[/s]
