Fallout Character Name: Elina Gordie Age: 24 Gender: Female Appearance: Occupation: Surface Scout Brief Bio: Elina never liked being in the Vault. Growing up, she felt bored and stifled by the same scenery every single day. Apparently her GOAT results reflected this as shortly after completing the test she was given a job perfect for her. The Surface Scouts were few and far between and they didn't seem to survive long but the job they did was important for the Vault. They explored the wasteland around the Vault, reporting on possible threats and scavenging for specialised supplies that the Vault couldn't produce on its own. What they couldn't scavenge they traded for. Elina discovered the life of a Scout to be exciting but lonely. The longer she spent outside the more she found herself an outsider when she returned, never the less, she continues her mission. Personality: Scouts are usually of an adventurous breed and Elina is no exception. Over time this naive wanderlust has been tempered by the brutality Wasteland, leaving Elina and her kind cold and closed off, yet she still can't stand remaining in one place for too long and, discovering something new still brings out that child-like wonder in her. Skills:

Guns - The wasteland is a dangerous place. Scouts learn to use firearms, or they die.
Survival - Some survivalist knowledge was learnt from the Vault database, other knowledge is accumulated from generations of trial and error. Regardless, Scouts are adepts at using their knowledge of the wasteland fauna and flora to survive.
Stealth - The best defence is avoiding danger entirely and if a Scout is followed back to the Vault, then they are bringing danger home with them. Scouts learn to avoid detection and lose pursuers when returning to the Vault.
Barter - Trading with Wasters is a part of the job description and, whether they are dealing with someone friendly or just someone who isn't actively hostile, Scouts always try to get the best deal.
