[/list][/hider] A specially designed and treated garment with a hood, Raiment is water, fire, and somewhat electric proof. The material it is composed of is capable of absorbing and dispersing some measure of electrical charge down a series of wires and into the ground, never touching her body. When this occurs small amounts of the electricity are stored in tiny batteries of a sort that are miniscule and hidden all over the vest. It should also be noted that Raiment, while fireproof, is not [I]heat[/I] proof, meaning you can still roast her alive with significantly high temperatures. The majority of the vest is reinforced with nanomesh and the strongest of spider silks. This allows it to block against all 'cept molecule thin blades, though the user is still vulnerable to blunt attacks and the trauma that is related to such. In fact, Raiment serves as protection from bullets as well, but once again the force behind such a projectile can still cause significant damage on its own. Lastly, when entering combat, Raiment weaves gloves to protect her arms and hands respectivel though this exludes her fingertips, which remain free with slight exception. While essentially without protection, there exist several essentially invisible threads, which stick to her fingers. These threads can be triggered only by way of specific finger movements. These threads, of which there are a total of 60—6 per finger—are electronically linked to both of her weapons and each thread triggers a different thing and certain combinations of them can trigger mechanisms as well. Several of these mechanisms are in the vest itself, hidden beneath layers of fabric. To conceal it, Raiment is worn under her clothes. [I]Raiment Triggers[/I] [indent][I][B]Reactive cloth[/B][/I] There exists a series of trigger combinations, which link directly to mechanisms within Raiment. One of these mechanisms causes Raiment's fabric to stiffen whereas another of these causes it to become more reactive, adapting to the amount of force applied. A baton being slammed into it would cause it to stiffen and resist, then give slightly to distribute some of the force, whereas a poke would not cause any reaction at all.[/indent] [indent][I][B]Discharge[/B][/I] Another of Raiment's trigger combinations, Discharge takes all stored electrical energy, be it from static electricity, or any assaults of that nature, which may have occurred and releases it all in one of three ways. Either she releases it in a pulse from her body, charging the air with electricity for a brief time, though it's dependant on the amount she's gathered. This can serve is a temporary stunning tactic for larger groups. Conversely, she can utilize this pulse in a more subtle manner, sending it off in a large 20 meter radius, briefly short circuiting machinery requiring electricity within that area. The third manner through which she can trigger Discharge is by way of physical contact, channeling the elctricity through wires in her boots or gloves to electrically shock, or charge, whatever her hands or feet are in contact with in that moment. This can stun, fry circuits, or burn depending on the amount of electrical energy she has gathered.[/indent] [indent][I][B]Network Access[/B][/I] Using the electronic connection to her other weapons and essentially rerouting its purpose through the electric channeling wires in Raiment's gloves, Vaiya can use alchemy to form a usb port or other implement to access technological devices via direct link. While she does not typically use this for very much, she will sometimes access tech for her partner, Estaine, who will then do the hacking or infiltration. However, one thing she often utilizes this for is interfacing with her other two tools, particularly Trojan Didyma. Initially appearing to be a mere sniper rifle in their combined form-- [sub]seen above[/sub]--Trojan is actually much more, namely a railgun in their combined form, and an assault pistol and bladed implement when seperated. To seperate them, Vaiya pulls the trigger of the weapon, allowing the long grey [I]barrel[/I] of the weapon to split from the main body of the gun. Once seperated this barrel can release tiny blades into the hollow portion of its form. These are then heated, bonding them together into a blade with serated edges in four directions,which can then slide out of the hollow to 4 inches, 12 inches, and 24 inches respectively. If this were not enough, this blade can spin, allowing it to sheer flesh or strip surfaces that come into contact with its serated blades. This makes the barrel a deadly implement all its own. On the other hand, the main body of Trojan may switch between two modes when seperated from the long barrel, and two others when it is connected. When seperate, the main body of Trojan is capable of being either a pistol with different caliber bullets, or an assault rifle with burst and continuous fire settings. This in addition to it storing multiple forms of ammo concludes its seperated uses. When combined with the long barrel which is its twin, Trojan becomes a deadly implement indeed, capable of three round bursts and single shot attacks. This weapon possesses several forms of ammunition, most notable 4 inch, sharp pointed rods of the alchemy substance in a metallic form. The weapon itself carries about 12 of these within a mechanism that reloads them automatically once triggered. In addition to these rounds, which are exclusively for the railgun mode, the Trojan possesses a score of incendiary bullets and ammunition of various caliber. Drawing power from four micro batteries and several tiny solar panels. The batteries are located in the inner workings of the headphones, and the inner edges of the googles. Conversely, the solar pannels are arranged on the top of the goggle's rims and the sides of the band itself. Geráki is waterproof, and hyper insulated with rubber and wire to protect it from Raiment's EMPs if necessary. However, direct electrical imput can easily fry the device, as can high temperatures. The other materials are reinforced with carbon and rubber to make it more difficult to destroy in impacts and allow it to resist the high speeds that Vaiya can reach in combat. Conversely, a full force hammer blow to the implement would destroy it thoroughly. Moving on to its capabilities, Geráki can last up to 40 minutes if left on continuously and can be switched on via small pressure switches in the bands, or the Raiment's triggers. Once active it allows for enhanced perception of up to 4x, and can filter between normal vision, infrared, electrical sensing, night vision, and parascopic sight. Additionally, the headphones possess high end microphones installed, which can pick up sound up to 1000 meters away without extensive amounts of noise, the more noise, the less their overall distance is though it should be noted that it can enhance or quiet different sounds. In a bustling crowd, their auditory range is lowered to 100 meters. In regards to its parascopic functions, Geráki can, with a clear line of sight, enhance images up to 500 meters away. To process all of this information and deliver it to Vaiya, Geráki possesses a wireless connection and 2 processing units installed in its form. This wireless connection links it both to Raiment, and to several external processing units held in various A.M.R.O bases. This allows her to access databases (only those she has clearance for) and to quickly process information. Geráki's wireless connection is rendered unuseable for 10 minutes after the user of her Raiment's EMP forcing it to utilize its internal processing systems, which are less effective due to size constraints. It should be noted that Geráki is not meant for prolonged continuous use and will deactivate its perception heightening processes after 2 minutes of consistant use have occurred.
