You could also add Half Life, Portal, and Assassin's Creed.  Black Mesa develops inter-dimensional portal tech, which Apature gets hold of and turns into the portal gun tech.  This research, after the events of Fallout, gets used with the Mothership Zeta ship to reverse engineer Hyperdrive tech.
Also, in the present, Abstergo is studying ancient alien tech (Prothean/Pomethean/Progenitor/etc), and some of their tech gets incorporated into the starship research.

Apature's AI tech evolves into the Fallout robotic tech (Mr. House, President Eden, etc.), which eventually evolves into Cortana and the EDI.
