[b]Personality:[/b] A scary, scary monster with an even scarier obsession with Godzilla. Initially just one of many kaiju that threatened the Earth, Destroyah's initial encounter with Godzilla left, shall we say, an [i]impression[/i] on her. Conceived in the pits of an oxygen-less chemical hell that no creature should have been able to survive, Destroyah considers herself the pinnacle of evolution as well as the ultimate life form, and aspires towards absolute domination and dominion over all other forms of life, to become the apex predator at the top of the food chain. When her only resistance was humans and other, lesser kaiju, this seemed to be an easy task. Then Godzilla happened, and Destroyah has never quite been the same. Due to her obsession with power and domination, she views Godzilla, the only being to ever truly defeat her, as a divine symbol of the power she craves, sensual and god-like, a creature truly worthy of her respect and admiration. But he is also a wall she must overcome, an obstacle standing in the way of her supremacy as well as a rival. She loves Godzilla. She hates Godzilla. She wants to kill Godzilla. She wants to be loved by Godzilla. The contradictions are literally driving her crazy, and if it wasn't for her single-minded obsession with the one being on the planet capable of destroying her so thoroughly she has to disappear for decades at a time to regenerate, she'd probably be the biggest threat of all to the human race and the planet at large. Destroyah is cruel and uncaring, truly a hardcore sadist (and masochist, if her history with her eternal nemesis has indicated anything) and will stop at nothing to obtain the ideal that is Godzilla.
[b]History:[/b] Created by the Oxygen Destroyer weapon the JSDF tried to kill Godzilla with in the '50s, Destroyah could almost be considered an infant or an adolescent during her first encounter with the great King of Monsters. Imprinting on him much like a child would, she came to love him, despise him, idolize him, and tried to kill him, only to be very nearly killed in return. Since then she's tried to kill Godzilla numerous times, being defeated only just barely, and at great cost. The two kaiju have continued their deadly courtship across numerous continents, and Destroyah has often been seen taking out other kaiju prematurely before they make landfall in Japan, as she's said "only I can have Godzilla".
