I am thinking in the end, Meg will end up getting her pointed ears and natural grace back as well as her magic and memories of how to survive in a forest. Otherwise she will stay the same. ^.^

I think that is cool! It should also mean he can pull his cloak on anytime he wants since technically they are his scales. Which could also make it near to impossible for his cloak to be penetrated by anything.

I agree, and I think that should be the case in either world. So in the dream world, they grew up together and ended up being coming a fearsome duo. Were as in the modern world, they went to school together and were perhaps friends when they were younger but something happened in later elementary school that turned them against each other?
