[@AbysmalDemon] I personally don't think pokemon can mega evolve without the help of a trainer. If he were, he would only be able to in battle. I think I'm actually going to say no to the mega. Only when with a trainer. Otherwise, accepted.

[@SpiritedDream] she's accepted, but reread the rules. :p the CS is missing a little something. When it's there, you can move her and start in ic.
