Once the five people that we're looking for are selected I planned on sending them a group message catching them up on the universe and the RP as a whole. As for right now your character doesn't need to know what happened in a majority of the IC. Your character (and the others that join through this interest check) will be metahumans that either Delta (my character) or Epsilon ([@Marx]'s character) rescued some time ago. They would have been living in training in the underground base (the RP's current location) for a few months.
