Chii looked up as Garran's massive hand came to rest atop her head, the pirate's hand indeed of enough size so that he could have probably picked Chii up by the head, if the dragoness would have went for allowing that, "Garran...," Chii started to say something more before stopping and looking past Garran's hulking form. Cas went on to ask what was going on and who the massive alcohol smelling daeva had been. Whoever he was, Chii mused silently for a moment, he could probably give Garran a run for the money in a drinking contest. It was nice to see Garran again to be honest, Chii thought silently. As much as the little dragoness was on good terms with most seraphim, she still felt closer to her own kind and to a select few others such as Garran and Cadogan. Having received no answer from Neon about what was going on, Chii looked to Cas and replied quietly, "Inquisitor Cassius Alexandros Svent meet Garran, pirate. He really is pretty nice.. for not being a daeva and for being a pirate and all." Something else then caught Chii's attention, or rather some-one else. A hulking crocodile daeva. "I know him... I'm sure of it," Chii mused silently, allowing her golden-silver flecked eyes to rest upon Mokk for several long, perhaps to long moments. Realizing that she was staring, Chii looked away, watching Garran and Cas a bit more, curiously, until she would glance Cadogan's way. The Great Inventor had fallen silent, very silent. Perhaps he was pondering his next invention. Maybe Cadogan was thinking about what had occurred, unseen by he and the others outside, in the council chambers. Or the man could be thinking about the possible war to come and what role(s) he might play. Again pulling herself from her musing(s) Chii shifted from one foot to the other and then back again, glancing about from Cas to Garran to Mokk, and then again at Cadogan. Something seemed about to happen, or washer restless for another reason? Was it Mokk? Chii frowned to herself briefly as she glanced at the crocodile daeva again.
