Well the main points to know are that the pearl/orb can heal wounds and launch blasts of more or less concentrated arcane energy. It also may house the spirit of a dragon - or something similar, maybe a lich (that would explain the arcane energy thing...) which gives Cyriana strength, but since she's an elf her body can't adjust to it so... let's just say that when she punches someone the person being punched is going to stay down, but it will also break her arm.

Also if the orb is removed she will most likely die.

Ofcourse if that sounds overtly overpowered I can dial it back.
