I'm certainly interested in this RP. Most of my RPing experience has been with Fallout RPs on the BethSoft Forums, and this universe you've created already feels like home. Hopefully I'll have a character concept thought out relatively soon, but for the moment I'm going to try to read through the rest of the material and CSs.

Also, thinking of a phenomenon is harder that I thought it'd be. I'm sure I'll think of something, though.
