As he was circling around to attack from the monster again, Akiba received the message telling him where to target next. "Roger that. Stay near the wings, team," Akiba replied into his headset. Then, off the communication relay, Akiba said to himself, "Alright Rodan, let's give 'em another shot."

This time Akiba had to charge from the Giant Claw's front side, and because the cannon was on Akiba's back, his angle was pointed towards the beast on the ground. When he fired the beam he aimed it at the monster's head, and then pulled up so that the beam would reach the back of the neck and then its torso.
