I'm not sure Eve would be able to, to be honest. Right now she's more confused than ever as to who's worthy of trust, and overestimating herself has crushed some of the trust in herself that was beginning to develop. She'd be making a huge leap of faith by trying to fuse with Sodalite and I'm not sure she could pull that off unless she was incredibly desperate. Though to be fair, if Eve is going to fuse with anyone at this point, it's probably Sodalite, as she's probably the one gem she trusts most. Amber's a little closer to her, yes, but she's seen Sodalite as someone more dependable thus far.
