Hmm, I don't think it would be that bad. The GM can have all the characters be Eternals and just create something out of that. Might give it a shot in the future (and when it succeeds, I'll PM you a simple 'Hah!' Vec xPPP)

But I agree, there are a helluva lot of NPCs, but I think that just means the GM will never run out of ideas and plots.
