Separate from the rest, Miyako was quick to arrive at the location of the primordial that she had chosen to fight, swordstaff at the ready as she looked for her opponent. She quickly found it, and an eyebrow rose at the appearance it had. It was bestial, almost feral, with blowing red eyes, bared fangs, and a body of total black. Yet she could make out details past it, spikes jutting out and what seemed like gauntlet clad fists, almost shaped like a teenage girl if it weren't for the all encompassing blackness, to accompany the growling that was of a different tone to usual Primordials. It sent a chill through her, and her eyes widened at the visible red aura around it as it smashed everything in it's path. "Well, this is going to be fun," she noted to herself grimly as she faced it down. She had the feeling that fancy tricks wouldn't work on it, with the way it was bullheadedly destroying everything in it's way. Then again, she might be wrong. There would only be one way to find out really. So she moved in, rushing in with a burst of speed to intercept the Primordial before it could hurt more people in it's deranged rampage. "Hey, ugly, over here," she called aloud, not the most subtle tactic when it came down to it, but not really minding that. And indeed it was effective as a snarl issued forth from the Primordial's black maw, and it turned to begin pursuing her rather than anyone else, just like she wanted. Now she could handle this thing her way. Her swordstaff twirled as she struck, watching with some surprise as the Primordial pretty much punched his blade out of the way, sparks leaping free and scattered as she pushed her offensive. It seemed that this Primordial was all about offense then as it snarled and growled, limbs lashing out and slamming against her weapon, earning grunts and grit teeth in return. Her offensive didn't last long in this situation as she shifted to the defensive, blade flashing to block high powered punches. "Geez, what is it with this thing," she panted aloud as she blocked another strike, her sword leaping in her grasp. She couldn't afford to switch it to dual weapons, given how hard each punch was hitting. It was like a freight train or something, and it was all she could do to keep from having her guard snapped like a twig. She was not about to lose here, not when she had come this far, that was for sure. She just had to find an opportunity to act and take back control of this fight, before things went more wrong than they had already. That did not come though as a last hit slammed home and she slipped up. That was all the thing needed for it to take advantage of, and suddenly she was airborne, before slamming into a wall and making a decent crater in it. Miyako grinned as she levered herself back to her feet with her weapon, rolling to the side just in time to dodge a hit that would have finished her off for sure had it landed. She struck upwards then, shifting another ferocious punch before it could land, that defining her new strategy as she spun back and away. This, this was going to be tough.
