[@Fenrir] I think you misunderstood the "Appearance" of a halfling. they can use magic to disguise themselves, but they don't have both forms of their parents. it is either one or the other OR a mix at all times. so Draco would only look like ONE of those four things you posted until he went to the school and learned the proper magicks to disguise himself
