Yay!!!

Ouch. Good luck. Good.
To further explain: I used to be pretty extroverted. I would talk to everybody if I could; I wanted to know people. Then, somehow, I became introverted, mostly because I developed the inhibition that I didn't want to interrupt anybody and make it awkward or annoy them. During my extroverted times, my birthday parties were pretty fun, but not the kind of thing I would remember fondly at an older age. And then I became introverted, so any birthday parties I had were pretty uninteresting or awkward. Recently, however, especially since the trip to Yosemite, I've been coming out of my shell. I've mentioned before that the youth group is really, really loving--and I realised that there. I've been resuscitating my friendships and making new ones, especially since I've been going to more youth group stuff. Remember how I said we were going to a water-skiing retreat? Well, since I can't swim, Jay (the youth group leader) invited me to his house to test out how a life vest feels so I'll be comfortable and used to it. Then I found out that not only was it my birthday on Tuesday, but it was three others' as well. Blah blah blah, only a little bit of required organisation, some invitations, and a few days later and it's an all boy pool party and I was having a blast. And this is a birthday I know I'll remember fondly, because I'm a more developed person and now I was getting really into my friendships--there was no awkwardness at all last night. Just fun. tldr FRIENDSHIP
